It's time for everyone to start realizing the impact our own thoughts and words have on our own lives.  We are all like magnets. What we think about attracts what we get in our life experience.  If you concentrate on what you truly want in a mindful way, that's what is going to show up for you.  Do you truly want to kill yourself to look good? Do you truly want to kill yourself to make more money and have less time for the things you really enjoy?  Remember that old saying "Be careful what you ask for"? When we change our thoughts to match what we truly want, everything falls into place naturally!

The most important thing we can do to change the world is to start changing how we treat ourselves.  Do you work long hours, pushing yourself too hard? Do you workout for long periods, thinking you have to "kill yourself" to look good? Do you complain a lot, about how you look or feel, or just in general? Do you constantly think about regrets of the past or what you're "gonna do" in the future, all the while missing out on the present moment? Stop waiting for the 'perfect time' to start.

Hi! I'm Jessica Herron

I was like every other teenager and young adult, pushing the boundaries of my body. I didn't take care of myself properly. I dabbled in anorexia and alcohol abuse. I went through toxic relationships and struggled with depression. But as I got older, and hopefully wiser, I started shying away from unnecessary doctor visits and chemical-laden food. I started meditating and researching spiritual ways to heal myself and all areas of my life. Why?

Because I wasn't doing a good job of it myself. And because we all come from Spirit, all things also, and every ailment, or 'dis-ease', has its beginning in the spiritual realm. Learning about the Laws of the Universe and metaphysics changed my entire life and how I see it. We hold our whole lives in the palms of our own hands, and it's also up to us when we decide to use it. The 5 methods that have brought whole-body Health and Joy to my life are LifeForce products, Reiki, doTerra Essential Oils, Crystals (from Earth's Mineral Kingdom) and the Kacelia Tru-Align Body System and I want to share them! The beautiful thing about these methods is their gentleness. They each work subtly so that your inner systems don't get overloaded and revolt. These are just the beginning, there's a whole world of tools to for us to use. I'm hoping that the information I share with you will have an impact on you that is only for your highest good, and opens up a whole new world of Health and Joy for you!!
